About the Instructor
Mandy Sergent Glitzer is our lead instructor. In addition to an extensive yoga training and teaching background, Mandy is also a trained Doula, certified HypnoBirthing (R) Practitioner, and natural birth advocate. She is the mom of two boys, both HypnoBirthing babies. Mandy had two extremely positive birth experiences and credits her solid yoga practice as well as HypnoBirthing for making that possible. She hopes to share that experience with others by enabling more teachers to share the gifts of yoga, relaxation, meditations and visualization with expectant mamas.
